POSITION AVAILABLE -- FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR IN FLORENCE, SC
The Retirement Housing Foundation Inc, a not for profit corporation, has an immediate opening for an ADMINISTRATOR for The Carolinian, in Florence, SC. The Carolinian is a 144 unit senior living community comprised of a 38 bed assisted living wing and a 106 independent living apartments. The qualifications are as follows:
1. Must possess a current and in good standing, a South Carolina Community Residential Care license
2. Three to five years of progressive management experience in a similar facility
3. Marketing and financial management skills
4. Experience in not-for-profit organizations helpful, not mandatory
5. Superb written and verbal communications skills
6. Excellent organizational and strategic planning ability
7. Must be a team player and willing to lead by example
8. Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, business, gerontology or related field.
